Reverend Dr. Samuel Whatley earned a Doctorate in Management from Colorado Technical University with a GPA of 3.89, enrolled in a Post Doctorate of Law and Policy at Liberty University with a GPA of 3.77, and Completed a Doctorate of ABD in Computer Science from Capella University (Transferred to CTU), Honorary Doctorate from Faith Bible College, Master of Science from Capella University, Certifications in Geographical Information Systems and Object-Oriented Software Development from Hong Kong University, Associate in Graphic Design and Certificate in Film Movie Production from Trident Technical College. Consultant for Guidepoint LLC, an advanced global subject-matter expert advisor corporation, and Chair of Faith base Games for IEEE at City University Hong Kong. Adjunct Professor at DeVry University, Strayer University, American Sentinel University, Agrosy University, Westwood College, and Fayetteville Technical Community College. He has taught thousands of students, guiding them in various global careers and directions. Former Information Technology Director and owner of PC Doctor Worldwide in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and the USA. He has assisted the development and marketing guidance of international special-interest game-houses for faith-based gaming systems. He has been a major developer and researcher for the American Military, designing wireless communications, virtual reality, and computer-based training.
He is a life member as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and a Senior Member of the Civil Air Patrol. He enjoys surfing, sailing, family adventures, and historical Biblical research.
